J. Heath Loftin, Esq.

Attorney J. Heath Loftin is the managing member of Rumbling Waters, as well as a partner in Reynolds, Reynolds and Little. His practice as an attorney includes areas such as: real estate closings, corrective title issues, title searches, disability claims, contract law, and business law. Additionally, Loftin’s practice is involved in the representation and advisement of financial institutions, lenders, landlords, bankruptcy trustees and various creditors in a wide variety of areas. Some areas in particular are: troubled debt, loan workouts, secured transactions, fraudulent transfers, discharge objections, preference actions, administrative claims and proceedings, mortgage foreclosure, title review and correction, replevin, lender liability, and landlord/tenant rights. He is also a licensed title insurance agent for the state of Alabama.
